Orders placed on Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped from our warehouse the next business day. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. You will receive the USPS or UPS tracking number by email once your order is shipped. * Shipping and delivery time may subject to changes during holidays. Order delivery typically within 3-5 business days from ship date. Unforeseen delays will be announced on the website.

CMI Health, Inc. Store facilitates ordering with Debit/Credit Cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept C.O.D. orders or electronic checks.

Route's Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Package Protection can be added during checkout.

Please note, by declining package protection, CMI Health is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

If you insured your order with Route at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a shipping issue. 

You can also file a shipping issue on Route’s app or via the web here. To file a claim, you will need your store order number OR Route ID number and the email address that was attached to the order.

Return Policy

CMI Health, Inc. offers return for products purchased within 30 calendar days. The product must be in the same condition as you receive it, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting a return.

To request for a return, please follow the instruction below:

  1. Contact CMI Health, Inc. Customer Support for specific return and shipping instruction via our email or toll-free telephone number.

You may be asked to complete a return request form. CMI Health, Inc. may also require you to email a copy of your purchase confirmation to us.

  1. Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by CMI Health, Inc.
  2. Place any necessary return authorization number (RMA) form prominently in the return packaging. Return packaging not bearing a return authorization number when required may be refused.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It may take up to 2 weeks of processing time until you receive the refund.

If the product is defected or malfunctioned caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions; use with equipment which it is not intended to be used; or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
