1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed on Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped from our warehouse the next business day. Orders placed on Friday - Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. You will receive the USPS or UPS tracking number by email once your order is shipped. * Shipping and delivery time may subject to changes during holidays. 2. Do you offer international shipping?
CMI Health Store only accept orders from the United States. For international order, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
3. Delivery Time?
USPS Priority Mail shipping to the United States – order delivery within 1-3 business days from ship date. USPS First Class shipping to the United States – order delivery within 2-4 business days from ship date. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories may require extra time.

CMI Health Store facilitates ordering with Debit/Credit Cards (such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept C.O.D. orders or electronic checks.
CMI Health Inc. offers return for products purchased within 30 calendar days. The product must be in the same condition as you receive it, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting a return.

You may be asked to complete a return request form. CMI Health Inc. may also require you to email a copy of your purchase confirmation to us.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It may take up to 2 weeks of processing time until you receive the refund.
If the product is defected or malfunctioned caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions; use with equipment which it is not intended to be used; or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
