CMI Health Inc. offers return for products purchased within 30 calendar days. The product must be in the same condition as you receive it, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting a return.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It may take up to 2 weeks of processing time until you receive the refund.
If the product is defected or malfunctioned caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions; use with equipment which it is not intended to be used; or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What is covered and for how long?
CMI Health, Inc. warrants all our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchasing date for the main device and six (6) months from the original purchasing date for the accessories*. Shipping and handling fee are free of charge under the warranty. CMI Health, Inc. agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair the defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair, replacement or exchange is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt, order information or sales invoice.
*Accessories include, but not limited to, SpO2 sensor, USB data cable, USB charging cable, AC power adapter, carry case, stand, lithium battery, and wrist band.
Who is covered?
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchased or the person receiving the product as a gift only. The products must be purchased directly from CMI Health, Inc. or authorized sellers* unless otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to reject any warranty request for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or unauthorized website.

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It does not cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. CMI Health, Inc. does not warrant or provide service or support for any third-party products.
CMI Health, Inc. takes no responsibility for conditions, damages or any associated cost caused by the products or by the repairing or replacement. We also would not pay for insurance, duties, taxes or any import fees.

To obtain warranty service for products purchased from a verified third-party, retails within the North America or directly from CMI Health, Inc., you must return the product with proof of purchase using the following procedures:

Great device to have
I ordered this for my wife who is on oxygen and has severe COPD. This is very important for her to monitor her oxygen levels. It is rechargeable or you can leave it plugged in for overnight use. Great product and was very reasonable in price.

Excellent product
I sleep with my device every night. For some reason my oxygen level will get so low that I go unconscious. This device wakes me up when they start to drop. Now my husband is using one that alerts us when his levels drop. He has been diagnosed with COPD and is on oxygen.

I have COPD and am on oxygen. I use it to track my oxygen at night. I found that I drop to the mid sixties while I'm sleeping, even on a Bipap. This is why I'm so fatigued when I wake up. I had to make some adjustments to my oxygen! This product is literally a Life Saver! Thank you for an excellent product

Before buying the unit my Oxygen levels would drop without notice, anytime & heart rate was racing over 148 rates , after 3 long hospital stays and medication adjustment now I can rest at home and do small activities without being on oxygen 24 hours a day, this unit has changed my life until I can get over long term Covid symptoms. I give the unit 5 stars. I wear it 24/7.

I found it to be not accurate. I had 3 (Dr. ordered) tests; 2 sleep studies and one nocturnal pulse oximeter that my Pulmonologist ordered and these tests showed me that the % was below 88%. I was told that I need oxygen at night. The CMI one missed it. It was kind of a scary situation because I thought everything was OK according to the CMI "study" I did on my own while waiting for the one my Dr. ordered.

My wife has COPD and was using her finger pulse oximeter as a continuous read on her oxygen percentage. Needless to say the batteries didn’t last very long. The continuous use unit is Fantastic. Very good unit for anyone who has COPD.
Our daughter is 19 years old. Recently, we had to start giving her more medication for breakthrough seizures and the downside was that her deep sleeps causes me to stay up all night to watch the numbers on her finger oximeter so that she did not dip too low. I had no idea this product existed and just started googling options for alarms. We ordered it and it arrived quickly with ample instructions to set it up personally just for her. I love the colors, so easy to see on her bed and the most wonderful thing is the alarms. I can rest or be in the next room and know exactly when her saturations or heart rate changes. You can plug it in or charge it so that you can take it anywhere you go. The case it comes in is hard - high quality - no worries if you pile something on it. I cannot say enough about this product just one week in as I was losing sleep and now I am able to have peace of mind that when her numbers change I know right away. Thank you for giving me SLEEP!
Great device, exceptional customer service. The power cord allows me to continuously monitor my mom and the alarms alerts me to oxygen and heart rate issues. When I received the device, I noticed a slight humming sound. I notified customer service and they resolved the problem with updated software within two weeks. Love that this company values customer feedback to make their great products even better.
Love this Product. This company went above and beyond for us. We use this for my almost 4 year old daughter. We compared it to the tabletop oximeter we had rented from a medical company for 3 years. Works just as well, but is less than 1/8th the price, also much smaller and easier to travel with. We actually compared them for a month side by side, before cancelling our monthly rental. (we at the time were using the old non rechargeable battery oximeter from CMI, we have since upgraded to this and used them side by side to make sure the reading was just as good. Both work great.) We upgraded to this one because the alarm volume is adjustable, and that was something we felt was necessary. The only thing on this that in my opinion should be improved is we wish there was an alarm to tell you when the battery is about to die. But honestly it's not a very large issue because the battery lasts so long. All in all, love this company and this product.
