CMI Health Inc. offers return for products purchased within 30 calendar days. The product must be in the same condition as you receive it, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must be presented when requesting a return.
To request for a return, please follow the instruction below:

You may be asked to complete a return request form. CMI Health, Inc. may also require you to email a copy of your purchase confirmation to us.
Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided by CMI Health, Inc.
Place any necessary return authorization number (RMA) form prominently in the return packaging. Return packaging not bearing a return authorization number when required may be refused.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. It may take up to 2 weeks of processing time until you receive the refund.
If the product is defected or malfunctioned caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions; use with equipment which it is not intended to be used; or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What is covered and for how long?
CMI Health, Inc. warrants all our products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original purchasing date for the main device and six (6) months from the original purchasing date for the accessories*. Shipping and handling fee are free of charge under the warranty. CMI Health, Inc. agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair the defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge. Such repair, replacement or exchange is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt, order information or sales invoice.
*Accessories include, but not limited to, SpO2 sensor, USB data cable, USB charging cable, AC power adapter, carry case, stand, lithium battery, and wrist band.
Who is covered?
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchased or the person receiving the product as a gift only. The products must be purchased directly from CMI Health, Inc. or authorized sellers* unless otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to reject any warranty request for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or unauthorized website.

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It does not cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product. CMI Health, Inc. does not warrant or provide service or support for any third-party products.
CMI Health, Inc. takes no responsibility for conditions, damages or any associated cost caused by the products or by the repairing or replacement. We also would not pay for insurance, duties, taxes or any import fees.
How to obtain warranty service?
To obtain warranty service for products purchased from a verified third-party, retails within the North America or directly from CMI Health, Inc., you must return the product with proof of purchase using the following procedures:

Self-track & Manage Pulmonary Health at Home
When you use the SpiroLink® peak flow meter with the SpiroLink® app, it swiftly sends your respiratory data to the app via Bluetooth.
This means you can measure and view real-time key pulmonary metrics like your Peak Expiratory Flow (PEF) and Forced Expiratory Volume in one second (FEV1) instantly.
So far the device seems to make keeping a log of a daily Spirometer along with amount of air I have in reserve. Still getting used to it. Due to it’s cost, it could come with 4 plastic adapters, because the APP on iOS allows more than 1 person to set up an account for each person in a family, like my partner can check their air supply/Lung function health. It comes with 1, mine did however a friend stated theirs came with two plastic adapters that are washable. Otherwise, best Spirometer+ on the market non-commercial! mvardell@gmail.com, Matt
It is easy to use and I appreciate that it will send live data to my phone. However a big drawback for me is it doesn’t later synchronize the Spirolink device when I collect respiratory data without it being connected to my phone. It’d be helpful if I could collect respiratory data and then go through the multi step process to synchronize it with my phone every day or two.

This unit is defective as have been the two previous units sent.
I think you should check the units before you send then to see if they are defective.

RETURN THE 2 UNITS - I ORDERED 1 UNIT BUT WHEN THE ORDER WAS PUT TOGETHER IT WAS FOR 2 UNITS - I FOUND NO WAY ON THE ORDER FORM TO REDUSE THE NUMBER AND I NEEDED THE UNIT FOR A MEETING WITH UITED HEALTHCARE.

This had been extremely helpful with monitoring my asthma. I seen to drop my fev numbers before my peak flow numbers go down. So that's been super helpful in catching when I need to use my rescue inhaler sooner.
There seems to be an issue with the Spirolink. It does not talk/give the countdown as it is supposed to do. It worked when the respiratory tech showed us how to use it, now it is not working. I have un-installed the app, turned off the device, changed settings, given and removed permissions etc. Still not talking. Any extra help would be appreciated.
Add the troubleshoot and get it connected properly through Bluetooth. Had to download the app and follow the steps there but then also go into my Bluetooth and it separately there as well. But once I figured that out it works perfectly.
Your instructions could be improved., particularly in terms of how to navigate the Asthma Go app. I find the mouthpiece to be a little small (increase the diameter of the end that you blow into). Results seem to be low compared to former device used (Microlife) & machine in my doc's office. Have experienced some difficulty in getting the app to recognize the device. & I think that the device is overpriced for what you get, e.g., no kind of carrying case is included. I think you may want to note somewhere in your material describing the device that it is also compatible with the MedM app.

Are there any clinical studies to show its efficacy and if there has been proven improvement in patient status , such as decreased hospitalizations/ER visits, etc?

The unit works well but the app is quite annoying, among other flaws forcing me to manually enter my username and password each day, rather than taking advantage of iOS’s facial recognition.

The PEF does not seem to match the results I get at the Lung institute at Inova Fairfax hospital. I purchased a another unit on Amazon which got similar PEF as the clinic but it only gives FEV and does not give FVC as your unit does. If the PEF was similar to the clinics I would be happier.
