No, the water filters for the PC-900B are proprietary.

Only the Carry Case and if necessary, the Monitor surfaces may be cleaned and/or disinfected. You can use moist (not dripping) wipes with 70% solution of isopropyl alcohol, very dilute Chlor-clean (1000ppm), Chlorhexidine (1000ppm), or a mild detergent. Once cleaned allow to air dry naturally.

Yes, you can use the PC-900B while it is charging.

The T4F filter is disposable, so it should be replaced for every session. The T3 filter is reusable and should be replaced every 2 weeks.
